The first step will be an exercise of writing,

easier and quicker to type or record on your phone

This is not time consuming, a few minutes a day

The benefits that come from this exercise is your willingness to be consistent

RULES/BOUNDARIES

1. The writings to be done at the end of the day and only that day.

2. List the event, circumstance or situation that made you feel positive about your today. It gave a smile, giggle or laughter. 2-3 sentences for you to remember the event, circumstance or situation

3. List the event, circumstance or situation that made you feel negative about you today. It had you feel alone, angry, frustrated, upset or angry. Not all negative moments are a long drawn out story, it could be a quick comment someone said.2-3 sentences for you to remember the event, circumstance or situation

4. Once done for the day, **no looking back**this is important

This is an amazing tool that helped to change my life to find my peace, feel good about me and move forwards in life. This impacted and effected my life more than I could have ever known.

Step 1 do for 75 days.
